From the top of your head, to the tip of your toes, make every inch beautiful. BRAVISSIMO!

In keeping in step with today’s standards, women take pride in keeping their hair well-groomed, skin immaculately clean, and nails manicured to perfection. Now you too can become a Diva of Style and Beauty by following the steps below.

Skin Care: A flawless complexion is essential to a woman’s beauty. But before you go out and purchase a product that promises perfect skin overnight, be forewarned: good skin begins on the inside.

According to dermatologists, several vitamins are notorious for their skin-enhancing qualities, notably A, C, D, E, zinc, selenium and the B-vitamin complex. Moreover, what you eat also affects the skin. To achieve a clear complexion, drink plenty of water (preferably 8 glasses a day) eat fruit, vegetables, lean meat and limit your intake of dairy products. Food that should be avoided include chips, shellfish, nuts (particularly peanuts), greasy food and gooey desserts.

For those who prefer to get their vitamins in a bottle instead of food, there are several products on the market that are designed to improve your hair, skin and nails. Now who says a clear complexion is impossible? It’s easy as eating apples and cucumbers.

Hair: Women are privy to a variety of styles and choices, including braids, designer cuts, extensions, perms, curls, and wigs. From trendy cuts to expensive hairpieces, long, short or extended, all looks are in style. However, if you are uncertain, and have no idea what looks good on you, ask your styling designer what style he/she would suggest. Since most stylists have been in the business for years, they can suggest a style that compliments you, based on your features and facial shape.

Makeup: Visit any department store, and there is an excellent chance, there are a bevy of beauty consultants on duty. These attractive ladies, or in some cases men, can assist you in finding the right makeup to correspond with your skin type, that will do wonders for your appearance. Moreover, they can recommend the correct blush, foundation, face powder, eye shadow, and eyeliner and lip stick. They can also suggest a skin care regimen with your particular problems in mind.

Nails: Don’t forget your nails. Well-cared for nails can make a big difference in your overall appearance. And for those with problem nails, there are products you can purchase to restore nails to their natural beauty. A certified nail technician can advise you on the proper care of nails, maintenance guidelines, and how to improve your nails by shaping them to your desired length, and the selection of nail polish. By the time the technician has finished working miracles, you will no longer have to hide your hands, instead you will be delighted to show them off at every opportunity. Although it seems insignificant, the number of people who notice your hands will surprise you. So always keep them looking their best.

Feet: Don’t forget these little digits. Although they are usually encased in shoes, they too should be properly groomed. Feet surrounded by bunions, hang nails and callouses are not a pretty sight. So make sure your feet are clean and odor free at all times.

Wardrobe: Now that you’ve taken care of your hair, face, nails, and feet, it’s time to slip into that special outfit. And I must point out, that every woman’s body is designed with a specific style in mind. Women characterized as small or petite should choose clothes that are geared to their diminutive measurements. The same rule applies for slender, medium, and full-figured women. Just because an outfit looks good on someone else doesn’t mean it will look that way on you. Before purchasing any garment, try it on in front of a full-length mirror. If it flatters your body, complexion, hair color and the color of your eyes, buy it. If it doesn’t, leave it on the hangar.

Traditionally it is rational to buy clothes based on your height, weight, shape, and to a certain extent, your skin color. And don’t forget the cardinal rules of colorization: dark clothes slenderize, bright colors add bulk.

The Stunning Results

Now you’ve got it together your hair is styled to your preference, your face is perfectly made up, your nails are fierce, and that outfit you selected looks marvelous. Let’s face it, you can’t help but feel good about yourself. Ladies, make it a habit to always present a striking picture to everyone you come in contact with. Show the world that you take pride in your appearance. After all, every woman is beautiful in her own way, right?
